Pero be mindful din sana po kasi ang dami ko nakikita na posts na very evident na kailangan mg URGENT medical attention eh nauuna pa maipost dito. Napansin ko lang naman po. Let's educate ourselves din po kasi kahit gaano kahelpful ang mga momsh dito iba iba pa din ang experince ng pregnancy or ng babies. Something that worked for them might not work the same sa case mo or mag worsen pa. You know sa sarili mo if need mo na ipa doctor si baby or yourself.
