Coconut water is a good option. Excellent for rehydrating the body as well as cooling and reducing heat. More importantly its safe for pregnant women and even kids. :) It is also easily available and affordable. As much as you can stick to the fresh ones. Nothing beats fresh stuffs. Have a blessed day.
