Can I Take Cetirizine While Pregnant

I think i accidentally eaten something with seafood I'm getting allergies all over my body and my eyes are swollen can I take allergy meds

Yes okay lang po mag take ng antihistamine but only as needed lang daw po according to my OB. 😊
