Help with cda

I can't seem to pay my son's hospital bill thru axs using cda card.Is there something wrong or?

🤔Firstly did you activate the CDA atm card? cause you need to go to the bank's ATM machine to actually activate the CDA account first, then you can use the amt inside the bank account for your son's hospital bills. Hope this helps (:
