Pimples in pregnancy

I am suffering from pimples over the full face during my second trimester,after the pimples it breaks down and form dark spots.how can i get rid off from this?

Ahhh.. same here!! Started on during pregnancy, because i stop all of my skincare.. read some article, all because of hormon & cant do much, will back to normal after birth, but dunno true or no.. if hv any idea to take care pimples on pregnancy, need ur help too.. 😶

it's due to the hormone changes, nothing much you can do now, will go off after birth
