Hand/ wrist cramp & pain

I suddenly have this hand cramp and pain in both my hands after I woke up from my nap. It stretches from my back to my fingers and I feel numbness on my fingers too. I read that it might be carpal tunnel syndrome but I’m only at end of trimester 1 and is too early to have it What shld I do
