Breastfeeding

When LO seems satistified as well as the diaper change is between 4-6 times per day, you'll know it's enough. I can't yeild as much too when I pump out which sometimes caused me to feel stress. Then again, need to always remind ourselves what we pump out does not equal to the number of ML our LO is drinking. As long as our LO doesn't seems fussy, it's enough. BF tends to do more feeding than bottle because we have no control to when our LO wants to play and let go. 😉

As long as there is enough wet diapers, it should be enough for baby
