bleeding in first trimester is a concern, please go to KKH Urgent Care clinic asap to check 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 I alao had bleeding at 6 weeks. I was extremely fatigued before the bleeding, cos I was on a 17hr flight back to Singapore. doctor said the pregnancy was not stable, prescribed me pills to stabilise pregnancy. I am currently 28 weeks thankfully. so dont wait, bleeding in pregnancy = go A&E ASAP
