Dun worry! I fell sick 3x (those very horrible type) and 1x Covid. My baby is healthy! But before u take any meds, consult ur gynae or inform ur doc that ure pregnant. They will prescribe those suitable for preggy meds for u

yes will be ok, it doesn’t affect ur baby. don’t worry so much. many mummies have fever during pregnancy before, it’s common
I even had covid with super high fever. But doesnt affevt baby. Just take normal paracetamol
