First time mummy!

Hello! I just realised that I'm pregnant and honestly, overwhelmed with happiness and sense of lost... Im unsure what's next, especially when it is not advisable to share the news with anyone yet since I'm only 5 weeks.. I'm in the process of researching for a gynae.. looking at TMC or Mount E Novena.
