Sleeping position

I read it is advisable to sleep on the left side. But I always feel my baby on my left too. I'm worried if I would squeeze my baby. I can't sleep well thinking I would hurt my baby 😩#3rdtrimester #28weeks5days

Yes, my gynae said it’s more advisable to sleep on left but it’s okay to sleep on right sometimes too. Just don’t sleep on your back. You won’t squeeze your baby. Don’t worry!!
