Re-freeze thawed BM previously frozen

Can I re-freeze previously frozen breastmilk thawed in the fridge? I googled and getting mixed statements, help please! Update: Please refer photo attached! NEVER RE-FREEZE previously frozen breastmilk thawed in fridge!

U can refreeze only if there are still ice chunks inside, otherwise no

Not advisable to do so. Thawed milk shouldn't re-freeze again.

I am scared to do that.
