Gender Confused

I ovulated on my right ovary, does this mean that I'm going to get a baby boy? How often true is this? Got so confused and even on my dreams its existing hehe #pleasehelp #pregnancy #1stimemom

Ultrasound at 20weeks and up, for accuracy. But yeah, me too, I tend to dream about having a baby boy and it was indeed a baby boy. 😊
