1hour after breakfast sya pina take ng ob ko sakin .. parang naliliyo ako pag iniinom ko yung obimin .. pinalitan nila ng ibang vitamins ..

I did not experience stomachache back then. I took my prenatal vitamins including obimin plus after meal :) no specific time.
