I am now 5 weeks pregnant. I have been taking folic acid consistently since April, even before TTC, 1 pill every night before going to bed.
It was only today that I read online that... absorption is not good at night but morning as it's most efficient!
I feel terrible now as I'm wondering if the past 3 months of taking folic acid religiously has gone to waste??😭
From today onwards I will surely take it every morning instead🤦🏻♀️😫
