Breastfeed & covid

I m just suffering from covid. Can I breastfeed my baby (5 mths) as usual? What do i need to pay attentions ?

I continued breastfeeding while having covid bcz baby jz refused bottle. That was when he was ard 5 months too. My boy is now 2 years old.
