If you have covid, can continue breastfeeding so that baby can get the antibodies thru breastmilk. If baby is covid free while you are positive, you might want to double mask while breastfeeding her or mask on if you’re the sole caretaker. Make sure you and your area are well sanitised before handling baby. Anyone can contract covid unfortunately, even babies. Newborns will usually need to be admitted if they contract covid. I’m sorry I can only advise this much based on what I heard from covid positive mums.
