38wk and 2d

I'm 38 weeks and 3 days pregnancy .last night my belly was painfull and I kept changing positions side to the left. I'm the first time mum,do u think that the sign that baby is about to come?and I'm feeling so tired this morning is it alright it I can induce labour?.
