Confused

I'm 19 weeks pregnant and a lot of people been saying have I felt the baby move? How do u know when that happens as I'm not sure, thanks

The most obvious ‘feel’ is when the baby kicks you. You can feel a ‘thug’ from inside your tummy 😉
