I don't know if this can help you but you may ask/research for a spokesperson in DOH, particularly the one who has knowledge about the First 1,000 Days. First 1,000 Days is a campaign by the health department promoting healthy diet for a baby as early as while being in the womb. I think this can be regarded as fetal nutrition as well.
