My 1 yr 4mth girl cry while sleeping

I would like like to ask if mummies out there had same experience like me. My 1 yr 4 mth will cry in the middle of her sleep out of no where. Before sleep i always do my routine to change diapers feed her with milk so that she can sleep peacefully. I realise while she cry in the middle of her sleep she will cry very loudly and i myself got panicked. Does this normal? Any tips or advise..

hello mummy! my 19 months Lo recently just went through this phase too. there could be a couple of reasons why she will behave like this. teething, nightmare, separation anxiety. I had sleepless nights too whenever she fuss like this. but its a phase that all kids will go through. just hang in there!

Thank you mummy.. this happened when i just gave birth early the month of june. I thought she might have that jealousy when having new baby sitter.. but.. it continuesly every night she tends to cry.. Thank you mummy for your advise.. superduper tired mum..
