Birth certificate

Hi . I would like to ask if we can do our birth certificate at the gov. Hospital ( NUH ) ? Or have to go ICA ?

Thanks dear. Im going to give birth soon but now very scared to go ica cause of the virus, its okay to pay extra as one time once give birth 😀
