Which Paracetamol safe for pregnancy

Can i know which paracetamol is safe for pregnancy? Noted that only the normal panadol is allowed however, at shops, the normal one is only the white box “with optizorb”. Can anyone recommend me where to buy the normal or safe for pregnancy? Or do i need to get from pharmacy

Panadol with optizorb is basically paracetamol with some quick-dissolving technology (optizorb) for faster absorption and effect. The content is the same paracetamol so it should be okay.

You can go pharmacy, alternatively visit dr and get proper prescription.
