Foot spa or Foot massage

May I know if having foot spa or foot massage is still allowed? I always complain about my feet aching.. please please answer.. I cannot stand for a long time, I can't even stand for 10 minutes because of my feet. #pregnancy #firstbaby #1stimemom #advicepls

but still be cautious as there are points that may trigger contractions. better if therapists are trained for prenatal massages
