I have GD since wk 20. occassional spikes here n there in my pregnancy but i go without rice/beehoon etc. I still take fries/potato all that though. But mine was really really bad. Started off with 6 pricks daily and at wk 24 my diabetes doc actually said i could cut down n skip certain readings since im mostly eating same stuff. Till date i still stick to my 4 pricks daily. Smtimes more because i just wanted make sure my glucose lvl does come down after spiking real high. Now im going wk 33 tml! Its been 13 wks soon! You can do it! Jiayou!
I had for 3 pregnancies. Just go thru daily routine as per normal.. bt watch what u eat
I find it challenging to find suitable food esp when I'm working in my office .
