Influenza (Flu) Vaccine

May I know did u all go for the flu vaccine while pregnant? If travelling is it a compulsory? If u go for the vaccine, is there any side effect? Thank you.

Yes you can take it while pregnant as your considered the "vulnerable" group of people. It is not compulsory but medical staff would highly recommend since you never know. Side effects is just some mild fever that's about it.

It’s not compulsory but it is highly recommended because when you’re pregnant your immune system is compromise. Side effects are probably fever, sore at injection site

Yup it was recommended by the gynae at KKH so I just went along with it. I did not experience any side effects.

Yes I took when i was pregnant . My side effect on second day. Having Super bad flu for 2 days .

I took antibiotic last time. Didn’t know I was pregnant. But gynae said it’s ok

It's good take the vaccine. I've took both flu and whooping cough vaccines.

It’s good.
