I just wanted to ask kahit ba nag bbreastfeed ka tapos nagkaron ka ng mensuration mabubuntis ka parin ba kapag nakipag sex ka kasi di ba sbi nila family planning din ang BREASTFEEDING. Need answers ASAP☺☝☝☝.

Yes I agree, I have a friend. Pure breastfeeding sya, she always claim na sobrang effective nito as birth control method pero ngayon nakaka 3 kids na sya at the age of 23. I think, di pa rin talaga ito proven effective. Need mo parin ng other ways of protection. :)
