I jus delivered and got home today. Whole family sick with flu bug and i kinda feel slightly unwell, seems like i might also caught the bug. What can i do? Can i still breastfeed?

yes you can continue to breast feed. i would wear a mask to be safer. by breastfeeding, you are passing the anti bodies to your newborn. try to get those who are sick to wear a mask
