Anyone fall sick easily when pregnant

This is my first pregnancy & in my 2nd trim and i realised that im more prone to falling sick now that im pregnant compared to before pregnant. Ive caught the flu bug like 3-4 times, keep coughing, even got covid for the first time. Worst thing, since we’re pregnant, we’re not allowed/advised to take any medicine, except for paracetamol (which barely works). Ive taken the flu vaccine fyi. Ive taken too many mc from work too 😭 Is it normal that our immune system is somehow lower when pregnant.

Me tooo! But apparently its normal. Ive max out my leave and mc alr.. plus i work in hosp.. probably need to take unpaid alrdy.. or just quit.. and so some side hustle from home instead.. lol. Ppl at work also are bitches.. judging about my health and me not coming work alot.. super toxic also working in hospital setting.. get plenty of rest mama, warm fluids. It will go away, god willing 🫰🏽

I had covid when i was 2nd trim too with very high fever for few days but thank god baby is fine as i can still feel movements
