Low Placenta

Hi.. i am in a worried situation has anyone here has come across LOW PLACENTA ? i am currently 20 weeks pregnant doctor advise me not to lift anything heavy... i have nvr come across this situation and i am very worried... pls share with me if u ever have the same experience... thank u in advance. .
