Itching and Allergy

I am in my 3 rd trimester which is 27 weeks 3 days . I am having disturbed sleep at night despite taking Cetrizine . Without Cetrizine I am itching and allergic all the time . Want to know if it’s ok to take Cetrizine daily during 3 rd trimester ? Is it ok for my baby safety ?
