How to calm down?

I am in my 2nd trimester. I get irritated very often and don’t like people telling me anything . How do you calm yourself apart from meditating ? I really get aggressive and feel like hurting myself.

Hi Neha, Your should calm down yourself. If u felt aggressive just think about the baby which is yet to see the world. Do meditation on Early Morning. don't take anyone seriously accept ur baby.

Thank you 🙏🏻 for this . Yes i have started with meditation and little bit of yoga . Now am in my third trimester ☺️
