Its normal for early trimester. What i did was, try to get some rest/ sleep/ smelling vicks (sticks type). Actually essential oil is not that recommended as some studies showed that it might disturb our hormone and for newborn babies, it will disturb the growth/ development of babies bcs it will messed up with the serotonin etc, But unsure if its true until its proven. This is the stage (first trimester) where the body will start to adapt to the cell developing of the baby and your uterus will start to expand. Entering 10weeks above you’ll feel kind stinging pain at your uterus area bcs the uterus is expanding etc. so entering 2nd trimester, sometimes the symptoms will worsen over the time until the end of 2nd trimester. Did your dr prescribed you with domperidone? If yes, you can take it bcs it will aid to ease the nausea. For appetite, at this stage, you need to eat and drink lots of plain water. Stay hydrated. You can try dragon fruit/ guava/ watermelon/ jacob weetameal crackers and almonds/ nuts. These fruits will help with your appetite. Try to avoid any oily/ spicy food at this stage as it will worsen the symptoms. Anyways, take care and enjoy your pregnancy journey ya 😘 hope all is well
honestly what works for me is sleep. i dont remember the name of my nausea medication but it makes me sleepy so i just sleep most of the time 🥲 i ate a lot of fruits and yogurt to reduce my bloating coz thats one of the things i can eat in my first trimester. i made sure to not do anything triggering that makes me nauseous before going to work including smelling anything too strong coz my sense of smell went haywire. vicks/minyak cap kapak helps a bit for me but maybe depends on our own preference
I am starting the habit of eating breakfast before leaving for work, it kinda helps in reducing the gas. Although, i do still fart and burp alot. I wish i could get enough sleep though.
