Leg cramps since Wk26

I hv been experiencing nightly leg cramps since 2 weeks ago and is affecting sleep. Tried stretching calf muscles before bed, putting pillow to raise legs, eating more calcium and magnesium rich food but no use. Any other solution/suggestion to try?

Try soaking feet in warm water with Epsom salt. Eat a lot of bananas.

soak your feet in warm water or try compression socks.
