Requesting for hospital leave

I heard and see many people saying about requesting for hospital leave to stay home and rest. I've been having sleepless night and it's really bad for me the next day when i go for work... and now I'm at week 34. So was thinking to ask for hospital leave to stay home to rest. But any advice on how to request it from the doctor?

It depends on your condition and on your doctor. Most likely if it’s for sleepless night without other complications, your HL won’t get approved.

same here, in early childhood sector! not sure if i can get HL to rest as well. working in early childhood sector in 3rd trimester is really tough!
