Can this panadol safe to take?

I having bad headache. Previously have get this brand so think of take 1 pcs. Not too sure is it safe. As pain until unable go out to get other type. Thanks

is the ingredient just paracetamol? if yes then it’s ok. those with caffeine not ok

It’s actually a US brand. This one is normal paracetamol. Don’t take any others like extra strength or for migraine etc. It may contain other stuff.

paracetamol is the only safe pain killer to take while pregnant and breastfeeding

Actually it’s was written paracetamol just that from Korea brand

Yesterday I can’t take it. End up no choice have eat it. Take one at afternoon one before sleep. Today much better. Really all pain still can bear but headache is hard. Especially when want to vomit the pain is killer.
