Can't Sleep
I have trouble sleeping especially at night. Minsan dahil sa sobrang init, pag ihi sa madaling araw, or because of my sleeping position. Any suggestion para makatulog ng maaga at mahimbing? ?

I had the same situation before. Take naps nlng pag kelan ka inantok.. Sa gabi nmn, I listened to classical music while reading, marerelaize ko nlng na nakatulog na pala ako. Nung 8months na, I made do to my routine, wake up at 0700H, take an hour nap at 1400H tapos hihiga na ako ng 2100H hanggang sa makatulog..
