Bad flu...

I have taken Panadol flu for my cold (not extra - I Google and show it's safe). I came across some comments mentioned tat it's not good for pregnancy. Is it ok to take? I'm so worried.

I am in my first trimester, went to the GP today because I was having the flu. GP prescribed panadol and said it was safe for any stage of pregnancy.
