Flu & cough

I’m 13 weeks + and had very bad flu and cough lasted for few weeks. What medication can I take? Can I just take Norma flu Panadol? It’s also affecting my mood really bad. Btw I taken the flu vaccine which the gynae had recommended but seems like it doesn’t keep the bugs away. #pleasehelp #advicepls #pregnancy
