Pregnant or not?

i have super light period or spotting for about 5 days. Should I do a pregnancy test?

I tested. It was positive. However, my ultrasound result makes me worry. It is showing sign of old blood remains in the womb and my gestation sac which supposed to be in week 7 is only size of week 4.

Is a miscarriage. After a week, it still doesnt grow at all.
