I have really bad backaches all the time, anyone has a remedy for pain relief?

I suffered from bad backaches since secondary school (I was active in volleyball) and it only worsen after both pregnancies. What I do each day is to do stretches that concentrated on my back before I sleep and after I get up. Here's some exercises you can do to help relief some pain: http://www.spine-health.com/wellness/exercise/stretching-back-pain-relief Alternatively, you could go visit a chiropractor to relief the aches but please, please go to a reputable one because I had a friend who went to one (got a coupon off Groupon) and it only worsen her condition. The session was only about 20 minutes.
