Are you feeding? It helps reduce weight. Mine wqas a c section too. 5 months back. Here are a few things i do.. A. Set realistic goals.. B. Change your diet. C. Dinner should be light and by 7.pm D. Start with walking for 30 mins then increase it gradually upto 45 minutes. E. Skip sugar. You wont believe how much change it will make in a month F. Completely give up fried food. G. Reduce salt in diet since it encourages bloating and water retention. H. Drink 4 litres of water in a day. I. Track your weight loss journey with a weekly planner. Keep a record of how much you lost. Avoid rigorous exercise. J. Buy a good digital weighing machine.
