Lower Back Pain week 8 onwards
I have lower back pain since week 8 onwards and its always sharp, aching sore pain! Is all mummy facing the same issue? and how can i resolve it? i heard massages?tcm or chiro?? Appreciate itt!!

Try sleeping with bent legs and pillow in between your legs while side sleeping. This level ur top leg and reduce back pain. Try research a few articles of pregnancy sleeping position will help. I am a plus size so this position helps me with my back.

I know there are some chiros that can help with pregnancy sore/pain! i think i saw some good reviewed once u can just google

May be try focusing on your posture like: stand up straight; Keep your shoulders back and relaxed.
