I have lower back pain since week 8 onwards and its always sharp, aching sore pain!
Is all mummy facing the same issue? and how can i resolve it? i heard massages?tcm or chiro??

Try sleeping with bent legs and pillow in between your legs while side sleeping. This level ur top leg and reduce back pain. Try research a few articles of pregnancy sleeping position will help. I am a plus size so this position helps me with my back.
