I have loose stools whenever I ate the medicine prescribed from poly to curb my nausea/bloating issue. Is this normal? I'm on my first trimester.

I dont take any medicines during first trimester except folic acids. Try those natural remedies instead. And once you get a gynae ask the gynae instead.
