Tips to function during meetings?

I have in person full day trainings with bosses and colleagues but I frequently gag and feeling nausea (first trimester). Any tips how to manage this? Say, sip on something throughout the day or can I apply essential oils? #1stimemom #advicepls

hi mummy! i sip on fruit juice and 100 plus when i had very bad ms. i also eat ginger or lemon candies. i also apply some lemon oil on the tip of my nose :) take care!

you're welcome! oh you can also try peppermint tea and see if it suits you. unfortunately, we were not a match as it gives me gas hahaha!
