Im sick...is breastfeeding safe for my baby? How about taking medicines?

I have fever, flu and colds right now. Is it still safe to do breastfeeding? Is it also safe to take biogesic, neozep and decolgen?

Ok lang momsh mag mask ka lang po para d mahawa si baby pwede po biogesic and neozep nag take din ako nian momsh nung may sipon at ubo ako BF din ako
