Im sick...is breastfeeding safe for my baby? How about taking medicines?

I have fever, flu and colds right now. Is it still safe to do breastfeeding? Is it also safe to take biogesic, neozep and decolgen?

Oo naman be. Kaso syempre mas maganda mag mask or pump kanaalng ng ktawan at gatas naman natin mag aadjust para kay baby and may antibodies un para sa baby natin.
