Calcium pill

I have difficulty swallowing the calcium pills because the taste somehow makes me nausea. But I read online that calcium pills cannot be taken with milk. Is there any idea what drinks I can can mix my calcium pill with to remove the weird taste?

Our gynae told us only not to mix iron pill and calcium together. So when you consume milk products, you can take calcium
