I have difficulty swallowing the calcium pills because the taste somehow makes me nausea. But I read online that calcium pills cannot be taken with milk. Is there any idea what drinks I can can mix my calcium pill with to remove the weird taste?

Me too, I realised that I have been taking calcium pills wrong for 2month when I read the leaflet the pharmacist gave me. Calcium pills are not supposed to be eaten with milk/multi vitamin s. Have to take 2hrs apart for best absorption.
